Distributed control system leads the way of the development of aeroengine control systems. Some research works of aeroengine distributed control system have been done. Based on the aeroengine distributed control theory, a semi-physical simulation platform of aeroengine distributed control system is built, which provides the foundation for the further study of aeroengine distributed control system.Based on the previous work of aeroengine distributed control system, the structure,characteristics and functions of aeroengine distributed control system are analyzed and the engineering realization has been studied. The hardware realization of distributed nodes is researched and the software of smart fuel measuring controller and smart vector nozzle controller is designed. The experiments on the fuel measuring equipment and vector nozzle achieves good results. The communication protocol of CAN communication network has modified so as to the network attempering can be switched between dynamic PRI and static state PRI. The communication delay of network is analyzed.The EEC node and supervising node (including the aeroengine model and monitoring interface) are designed. The two nodes together with the previous rotor speed system (smart rotor speed sensor nodes and motor system), smart fuel measuring node and smart vector nozzle node compose all the necessary nodes of aeroengine distributed control system. The system is integrated and the semi-physical simulation platform of aeroengine distributed control system is built successfully. The rotor speed closed-loop control is tested on this platform which proves the availability of the semi-physical simulation platform.
