This thesis ,based on the researching and summary of corrode damages, studied the NDT questions for the corrode damages of airplane's annexes with Shearography. In the corrode damage inspecting heat wave and ultrasonic were used as excitation resources. The shearography test system was used to test the established models. Process the images which are got from test was by the image process system. After the qualitative and quantitative analysis for the processed defect images, this thesis provides the methods that how to get the defect's positions and sizes.The main research works in the thesis involves:1.Analyzed the characteristic of the airplane's structure corrode damages. Studied the superiorities that the shearography technology used in corrode damage test.2.Choosed heat wave excitation to load on the established test models. Summarized how heat wave excitation affect the test results. Try to use the ultrasonic excitation to load on the test models.3. Used the shearography NDT system to carry out the examinations that test the models. The software was used to process the speckle pattern pictures that got from the examinations.4. Made qualitative and quantitative analysis with the processed speckle pattern images. Based on the study and summary this thesis provided the methods that how to get the defects'positions and sizes. Validity of the methods was verified by the engine's vanes testing.
