The Space-Saving Design Of Small-sized Department

With the State's macro-control on the ratio of housing-size,more and more small- and middle-sized housing is developing,and is taking up a large amount of the whole.Among them,especially the small-sized ones is the most welcomed.Based on the slogan of building a conservation-oriented society,this thesis is trying to explore the relationship between the space of small-sized housing and economic design on the perspective of architectural space- design.The paper has made analysis on some space-related problems of economic design(in this thesis,single-room department is included as small-sized),and also explored the point of space-use which is the important one of small-sized design.It is also proposed that conservation doesn't simply mean to shrink the area as much as possible,but to manage to use efficiently the room as to make it comfortable to live in. and further to integrate it and to maintain buildiing's sustainable development in avoidance of its unsustainablity.Starting from the effect of design towards youth's lifestyle,this paper is also anatomy the youth's living habit and their family pattern resulting from economic design.Then,this article goes deep into those problems of space-and economic design from the angle of space-effiency,space-variability and space-extension, and manages to enhance the use of space largely by means of shifting the design-style from plane design to the three-factor coordination of space,time and function.At last,this thesis is making prospect of, the future of space-saving design of small-sized and apartment building,looking into its trend of development in various market-competition according to the history.
