Test And Analysis Of The Noise And Vibration For 5000Kg Level ATV Mobile Platform

The central content of this paper is about the quantitative evaluation of vibration and its effects, the noise level of vehicle and sound insulation performance of cab are analyzed.The hardware platform of the test system of noise and vibration on whole vehicle was built through analyzing the standards of the testing of noise and vibration on vehicle and the principle of choosing measurement hardware.Through studying the achievements and the standards of human body vibration evaluation and the characteristics of ATV, We set up a method of the quantitative evaluation of vibration. The vibration level of cab inside is evaluated by testing the vibration of the surface of the seat of the driver,the steering and the floor.The vibration level of platform is evaluated by testing the vibration of the rear suspension. According to the needs of vibration evaluation, the analytical software of vibration is developed using the MATLAB.Using the method, a imported vehicle and a domestic vehicle are tested and evaluated, the analytical result indicate that the vibration level of imported vehicles is lower than the domestic. Through analyzing the factors that including the vibration isolation performance of suspension, the vibration isolation performance of engine mounting system and the frame dynamic characters ,which influence the vibration of whole vehicle, the analytical result shows that the stiffness and damping of the suspension and engine mounting on imported vehicle are matched with each other in reason, they can decay the vibration doses of road and engine; besides the analysis of imported vehicle dynamical characteristics show the corresponding vibration of the imported ATV is smaller than the homemade,the structure arrangement is reasonable and the vehicle dynamical characteristics matches the vibration of whole vehicle well.The accelerated vehicle exterior noise and the noise emitted by stationary of the imported vehicle and the domestic vehicle are tested and analyzed, the result shows the noise level of import ATV is smaller than the domestic, and the analytical result to the sound insulation performance of cab on imported vehicle also shows its sound isolation performance is better, the noise level of cab inside is decreased by 22dB comparing with cabin of engine.
