And this makes energy consumption urban residential take up in the operation phase bocome more and more and has caused a series of social problems. Urban residential phase of the operation of the energy-saving has become an important task to the people.The article analyzes the current situation of China's building energy consumption, analyzes relevant factors impacting China's urban residential energy consumption in the phase of the operation using cluster analysis, regression analysis, comparison analysis and so on, and puts forward measures to improve our building energy efficiency. Secondly mainly calculate China's urban housing building energy consumption in 2005 through the electrical terminals model, including consumption of specific numerical such as household lighting and appliances power consumption, heating energy, hot water and heat cooking.Thirdly adopt cluster analysis methods to compare the importance of the factors and do related analysis of various factors, find out the major factors impact of building energy efficiency.Then analyse correlativity between the the public awareness of energy saving, energy-saving electrical appliances price, living standards, pricing models of heating, and energy consumption per capita. Finally the article sums up and draw on the experience of countries to implement construction energy-saving, and puts forward measures to increase China's building energy-saving efficiency for the various factors' different effects on the energy-saving of construction.The article is of great significance to China's energy-saving building development, as it can provides the support for government to develop regulation system to promote energy-saving of construction and it will help promote the healthy development of the construction industry.
