Prestressed concrete pipe pile is a hollow and slender concrete element which is made by pre-tensile prestressed process and centrifugal forming method. It is a standardization, industrialization and high performance component. Comparing to steel pipe,prestressed concrete pipe pile isn't strong to layer soil form. When pile driving is carrying on, pile body can't overcome the disadvantage of the bigger hammering stress etc. At present, in the engineering project where the upload is bigger and single pile design is deep,the application of concrete pipe pile is limited in some degree. However,since the prestressed concrete tube pile has excellent advantage of force characteristics and low engineering cost,it will be used to large industry and civil building in the future.Domestic and overseas study results are used in this paper, It was introduced the successfully used of the super slender deep PHC concrete tube pile in the BAOSTEEL Stainless Steel Project in detail. The studies in this paper are listed as follows:â‘ Based on the situation of recast pile use, this paper expatiates the principle of working technology and the measure of quality control.â‘¡Take the whole process of BAOSTEEL Stainless Steel Project for example, the paper analyzes roundly the design principle, design method of it from the choice of supporting course, pile type, pile length, process of unusual pile and discusses the significant meaning of ameliorating nib structure and strengthening pile crown, as well as introduces the method of ameliorating nib structure and the technology of strengthening pile crown.â‘¢This paper discusses the whole process of BAOSTEEL Stainless Steel Project, then brings forward the technical measures of keeping pilesinking pile stem in good condition and controlling plane displacement of the pile top and introduces the ameliorating method of super deep sending pile . At last, the paper analyses the result of construction.â‘£The paper discusses the deformation harm of group pile construction in large density to around building and brings forward the deformation monitoring method of such construction as well as the technical measures of preventing that deformation harm. The results show that: it is feasible if the prestressed concrete pipe pile was used in big industry and civil building; Through Monitoring, taking reasonable technique can prevent the big density group pile construction's deformation to the structure around...
