Research On The Application Of Soil-nail Wall Support In Agricultural Mechanism Office Building In Quanzhou

With the development of economy, more and more high buildings emerge, the requirements of foundation fit support turn to be higher. At the same time, there are more and more supporting forms. Soil nail is a type of supporting for building foundation excavation, which has many advantages, such as good stability, less cost and easy construction. For its advantages, soil nail spreads quickly and applies in many areas in our country.On the soil nail and compound soil nail research foundation,according to soil nail present research condition and the engineering effective demand,the stability of soil nail is studied systematically by methods of theories research and case research.Some beneficial results of soil nail's mechanism and behaviors are gotten and the analysis model and method of soil nail's stability are established.The office block of Quanzhou LiCheng agriculture mechanism building at the north of Quanzhou City BaoZhou road.According to the excavation depth and the reconnaissance of foundation,two schemes of foundation protection is designed.The PHC pile and Soil nail wall's feasibility, applicability and economy feasibility are discussed.The first scheme uesd slope upside and PHC pile as retainion, interval of each pile is 0.85m,10m long, 700*700 cap beam to make pile more integerer;The second scheme used Soil nail wall as the retainion,φ48*3 steel tube are used, each line of Soil nail's obliquity is 15°, 1m at portrait interval,one line of cement mix pile as seepproof screen.After soil pressure computation and stabiliity checking computations,both schemes are satisfy the requirement of the protecting for foundation. From the construction and monitoring result, it proves that the retaining design at this project work isAfter contrasts two scheme's advantage and disadvantage,consider the environment all around,finally choosing the Soil nail wall as the protection for foundation excavation. From the construction and monitoring result,it turns out that design is reliable and reasonable,and it obviously reduce the cost of this project.The paper finally analyzed this hole excavated for building foundation support and protect the question which in the design,the monitor and the construction success experienced and exists, and proposed in the hole excavated for building foundation support and protections project still had further to solve question. And summarized the geological particularity of FuJian Province.It consider that Soil nail wall will have a brilliant foreground in FuJian Province.
