Integration Of Sea,Sands,Greenbelt And Sun

Sea brings vitality and poetic sentiment to the noisy city. People have deep-seated emotion to the sea. Recreational space of bathing beach has its unique environmental advantages, that is, sun, sea, sands, greenbelt. But due to the ecological fragility of seashore district and the negligence to the recreational behavior, the present conditions of recreational space have many problems. This paper discusses the design of recreational space from the perspective of ecological environment and recreational behavior.Firstly, this paper explicates some conception relating to recreational space, illustrates the conception, pattern and type of recreational space, expounds the conception, the installment conditions, district distribution, type and emergence and development of recreational space of bathing beach and points out the problems of recreational space of bathing beach on construction based on investigation on the spot.Secondly, this paper does research on the constitution factors, characteristics and functions. Constitution factors include blue, yellow, green, gray and purple belts according to environmental characteristic and control factors such as color, proportion and scale. Characteristics include open-styled and continuity, ambiguity and permeability, duet of green, seasonal, publicity, participation and variety of sunlight. Functions include society culture, ecology function and economics function.Thirdly, this paper analyzes three experience levels, sense perception experience, connection experience and symbolism experience. Based on the research on the rank order, diversity and time and space of recreational demand, this paper concludes the type of recreational motives, then expounds the relationship between the deep and shallow water-touching recreational behavior and the relationship between the said behavior and time, space, ecological environment, then explores the mutual reaction relationship between recreational space and recreational behavior. Finally, this paper proposes the design principles and strategy of recreational space of seashore bathing places.The key of this paper is seven principals, that is, integrated system and harmonious unified, the priority of ecology and continuous development, continuity of time and space and recreational experience, variety and space vitality, laying stress on persons, self-characteristic and district culture, public participation and mutual reaction of space. Through space arrangement and line organization and landscape sculpture, this paper proposes strategy respectively applying to entrance, leisure district, sands recreational space and water recreational space. Finally this paper discusses the type, capacity and choice of facilities in recreational space.
