Research shows that the vibration of rotating machines is mainly caused by unbalance. So it is necessary to carry out the exact dynamic balance when producing and using the rotating machines. With the development of rotating machines, dynamic balance technology is used in more and more fields. As the special rigid rotor, crankshaft has a special state in dynamic balance field.First of all, the thesis makes a research on the dynamic balance theory. Through introducing the single-sided and two-sided rotor dynamic balance theory, this thesis leads into the most popular dynamic balance method—influence coefficient method and makes an introduction to crankshaft dynamic balance theory.Secondly, this thesis respectively introduces the single processing methods from time domain to frequency domain. Through analyzing basic frequency signal, this system can get the signal's phase and amplitude; through analyzing the frequency domain of the signal, this system can make sure the reasons of vibration.In the end, this thesis takes crankshaft made by Dongfeng corporation as research object, brings in LabVIEW and designs a dynamic balance testing system based on LabVIEW platform. The system realizes the instrument's main function modules by computer, connects the computer and DAQ by USB bus and controls data acquisition, signal analysis and show results by software. It can satisfy the needs of vibration analysis in project.The system adopts advanced influence coefficient method and autocorrelation to deal with unbalanced data which improve the efficiency and eliminate the influence of all kinds system reasons; it deals with vibratory signals by modules including data acquisition, time domain/frequency domain analysis and crankshaft dynamic balance analysis; it can give the signal's phase and amplitude on time, and remove weight by itself in order to make the unbalanced weight under the permitted range.The research proves that the system has the following advantages: easy operation, high balance precision, higher efficiency, meeting the real demand, better practical value and wide market foreground.
