Reinforced concrete construction was common, and was extensively used in commercial and industrial buildings. Besides the extensive damage brought by the fire, the effect on the buildings is also extraordinary severe. After fire, the carrying capacity, deformation, durability and anti-seismic performances of the members are damaged in different degree, which decreases durability and building safety. Currently, the research on damage evaluation and authentication research for structure are not enough. The theory researchers are not embedded in the durability, anti-seismic performance of the building structure after fire. In the practical work of inspecting and evaluation projects, the means of surveying and the intricacy of damage aren't fit, which make damage evaluation and authentication research simplistic and incomplete. Therefore, the researchers in the examination identifying and optimizing scheme of renovation design of the structure damage degree after fire are being paid enough attention at home and abroad. The research has significance.Based on the production, the paper summarizes the test methods using now, as visual method, rebound method, supersonic method and auger core method etc., and analyses the relative merits and the applicability. Finally, the above researches are applied to the fire project example in the paper. The studies mainly conclude:(1)Many kinds of examination methods are used in the concrete structure damage situation after fire;(2)Based on the fire scene investigation and the examination result, the conclusions about damage appraisal of the project's damage component and the reliable supporting capacity are given.(3)According to the appraisal result, the project's repair reinforcement suggestions, the concrete reinforcement method and the reinforcement design projects are given.
