Recently the population of the world is on the trend of aging rapidly. our country has been come an aged society thoroughly in 1999. The 21st century is the global ageing century, and at the sametime it is the human macrobiotic era .Global ageing has been already in the near future, ageing is shifting from the developed country to the developing country.From the point of view of social economic development, ageing is the inevitable outcome of social economic progress and science and culture development. Compared with other countries, the ageing population of our country has its special character, such as increasing fast, having a large population, superior to the scale of economic development, etc. This will make national economic and social development face the enormous challenge. The ageing question is closely related to people'living ,it also become the question that badly needs solution in house construction Houses how-to satisfy the old people with safe and comfortable living needs deserve us giving more consideration .This paper started with some community surveys. Through consulting the research ways of the aged sociology,the aged psychology, and so on; Tried to find out the basic traits of the elderly comfort characters and make it a cut-in point. Referring to the native and foreign advanced experiences of the architecture design for the aged,the public service establishment system for the aged, we deeply explored the"hard environment"(the level of material establishment) and the"soft environment"(the construct of community service network) that can satisfy the elderly comfort needs, and put forward some redolent.
