The interpenetration between Architecture Technology, Automation Technology and IT Technology promote the flourishing development of Intelligent Building. But with its development, the Emergency emerges in endlessly and brings huge losses to people's lives and wealth. So the system and general research of Emergency emerge as the times require.This paper first analyzes the whole frame of the system of Intelligent Building based on the Emergency and then researches the definition of Emergency and the relation between relevant incidents, and comprehends the system by the whole lays.This paper describes the whole Intelligent Building system by the control theory and relevant abstract model. Its purpose is to deal with the Intelligent Building system by the well-developed result in control domain and to complete quantify of the whole system and to get the better control effect. Once Emergency appears, we can reduce its consequence and the losses maximally.Intelligent Building system is a large complex system with much variable and output, random and strongly coupled between each variable. The handling method with Emergency of this system is to make use of the knowledge of relevant experts and to found the case base to solve Emergency. It is similar to the"IF—THEN"rules in Fuzzy Control. So this system is one kind of Fuzzy Control System.The different equipments and sensors in building lead to different Emergency. For example, the fire detector monitors the occurrence of fire and the blower can tell us if exhaust progresses successfully. Obviously the blower error and fire induce large different consequence. An intelligent edifice has tens of thousands of equipments and these equipments exchanges information with the central manage and control system which has large loads. Because different equipment leads to different Emergency, we should assign different weight factor to different equipment when the system resource is finite.Intelligent Building System is a large system, the amount of cases is always very large, and with the passage of time, the amount will increase. In order to deal with emergencies quickly, making the smallest losses. This paper studies the method to find out the case quickly which meets the requirements.Towards the complex and large Intelligent Building System, it difficult to get the accurate mathematical model through mathematical inference but use the experiment method. This paper creatively brings the modeling method of Intelligent Building subsystem based on"black box"thought. What is called"black box"method, namely we don't consider the inner structure but consider the relationship between the input and output of the system and approach the model by the actual measurement data and computer's calculation.When emergencies occur, retrieval times and could not find a whole case to meet the requirements of the cases. It request the reasoning system produce a solution strategy. This paper discusses the method how to establish the reasoning system and the details.
