Intelligent Buildings is developing rapidly in China in recent years, it has become one of China's major energy consumption . Air-conditioning system is not only an important part of intelligent building but also is the most important energy consumption systems of intelligent building. VAV air conditioning system is much better than other air conditioning system to meet the energy efficiency, comfort and flexibility. Therefore, it has become a major trend in foreign countries, because of the complexity of its control and intelligent control, it develops slowly in the relativel in our country, so our application is also less.VAV air conditioning system is a superior energy efficiency,and very comfort.The operation requires appropriate controls to ensure the system's energy efficiency and operational stability.But difficult to control for such a complex object, classical control and modern control are difficult to fully meet the requirements, so it is necessary to fully realize the help by introducing intelligent control,Fuzzy control, and neural network control.so intelligent control technology into the field of variable air volume system control is a very valuable task.In this paper, temperature control of variable air volume air conditioning system is as the study, of theoretical study and discussion.For temperature control of large inertia, delay and nonlinear characteristics,In this paper, adupting cascade control, and in the main loop using fuzzy-PID algorithm is used to the online operation of the system.Also, I have designed temperature control systems and related mathematical model. analysys the end of the control simulation of room temperature and air-conditioning system in the Matlab Simulink platform environment.Validate a conclusion which the design of the control method than the commonly used control method has obvious advantages.Achieve a good control results , and meet the most important energy-saving and comfort requirements in the same time.
