With the development of automobile automatic transmission, various of automatic transmissions suited to own national condition are researching and developing. Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission (DCT) is a new type of automatic transmission based on manual gearbox. MT with high and efficient transmission, low cost overcomes the shortcomings of the AMT shift at the power interruption. AT and CVT can be realized as Power Shift. So many manual gearbox to the countries attach great importance.Wet double clutch is the DCT'main component, and its precise controlling is one of the key technologies in the development of DCT. This paper focus on the study of wet-clutch engagement law Clutch is a pressure group aimed at finding the best linear changes in the parameters, the clutch shift to achieve optimal performance. First briefed introduced the DCT wet-clutch and the composition of the structure and working principle. Then the simplified model based on the wet-clutch, Shift clutch engagement process and its conditions for a detailed dynamic analysis. The shift process is divided into five phases, each phase were given the differential equations describing the system dynamics. And the shift process simulation model was built based on Simulink.As a instance first stall shift to second stall, the simulation model was used. Wet double clutch shift was simulated, and simulation results are qualitative analysis of the slope of the pressure change. Clutch pressure and the passage or otherwise with two wet-clutch sequential shift to performance indicators, some useful conclusions were drew. The mill decline smaller degree of impact on smaller vehicles.Based on the qualitative analysis, multi-objective optimization theory, weighted linear combination, the best gear and programming in the process was found out, Shift to be the best parameter. By contrast, the test parameters corresponded to the three-shift gear when performance was good. From engineering perspective, it can be established that the parameter is the best straight-shift parameters This optimization method is proved feasible.
