With the development of science and technology, the new invention, with create emerging in an endless stream newly. The soft ferrite has many new applications as the temperature sensitive material . For example to become temperature sensitive component in the magnetism—optical driving device , be used to giving off heat in the tumur thermotherapy system, controlling the temperature automatically that realization generates heat. New application has put forward a lot of new requests for the soft magnetism temperature sensing material . Temperature sensitive materials in the CuZnTi ferrite system were investigated systematically.CuO,ZnO,TiO2,Fe2O3 were mixed together according to their molecular weight and CuZnTi ferrite were prepared by the usual ceramic technique. Laws of impact on CuZnTi ferrite performance of the factor , such as doping , main prescription and sinter temperature ,etc. and function mechanism have carried on the research discussion . The micro analytical method of analysing (SEM) etc. analyses that probes into every above-mentioned factor to analyse (XRF) , scan the electron microscope through X ray fluorescence probe, the mechanism of impact on CuZnTi ferrite material micro-structure and magnetism characteristic has carried on deep research. Get the following conclusion: Compare with NiZn , MnZn ferrite CuZnTi among the ferrite , it contains many kinds of non_magnetic ion , it has non_magnetic ion on A , B location, the impact on material Curie's temperature of Zn ion, on the linear relations not as simple like NiZn , MnZn ferrite at this moment, it should be quadratic relations; Change the content of Zn in the proper change material can change Curie temperature of the material so as to Ti ion.Make the sinter temperature below 1100℃, if exceed Zn ion volatilize speed increase suddenly after the 1100℃, the composition of the material will be lose so much, if the sinter temperature below 1100℃the dispersiveness of Curie's temperature of samples can reduce; Mix a small amount of Sm2O3 can raise theμi—T curve slope near in Curie. The leading rate of magnetism of the material will increase to some extent, Curie's temperature will rise too; The initial permeability of material that sintered in 1080℃is higher than while sintering in other temperatures. The slope ofμi—T curve near the curie temperature is much higher than the samples which sintered in other temperatures, the change of the micro structure is very difficult to cause this parameter to change so enormously, comparing the influence of the micro structure of material to the value of slope ofμi—T curve of the material , the influence of the proportion of distribution in A , B location of Cu ion is a little larger.This CuZnTi ferrite temperature sensitive material has the following characteristics: Material raw materials are with low costs and easy to prepare, and does not contain poisonous element to the the human body ; the curie temperature of material relatively lower in 20~100℃; The initial permeability of the material decrease very fast near the curie temperature, the sensitivity in quite high. The enormous potentiality of this serial temperature sensitive material is unable to reach to NiZn , MnZn ferrite and it applies to control the temperature in high accuracy. It will be not only used as magnetism—optical driving device, but also therapeutic treatment , and also many more new applications , etc.
