This test-bed system is a typical proportional servo system which contains mechanism, electron, hydraulic, control theory and computer technique. Function of this syetem is to carry out the control of the position for one cylinder and the synchronous control for two cylinders. The key of this paper is the study of arithmetics for the postion control. There are lots of arithmetics for servo control system. But many of them are still at the emulational state. Very little of them are been used in the practice. Analysis the feasibility of these arithmetics with computer simulation, Use the PLC for its soft controller, and check up with the experiment. And at last, compare these arithmetics' advantage and disadvantage in the practice to the best control for the test-bed system. The paper includes six aspects:Chapter one is concered with the background, significance and primary contents of the rearch. At first, the background is introduced, including the technical actuality of hydranlic proportional servo and PLC control syetem. Then the actuality and development of simulation technical are also summarized. At last, the main rearch content is presented.The mechanical composing, control system composing (hydraulic and electric control syetem) and principium is first in chapter two. Then the mathematical model for the control system is set up. At last some parameters concering conrol syetem are computed.In chapter three, computer simulation witn common PID, fuzzy, fuzzy PID, fuzzy self-tnuning PID control strategy are made in the simulation soft. And anlo the comparison of these strategys is present. At last, the synchronous control methods are also disscued.Chapter four is concentrated on PLC software program of control system, including the select of the PLC for the control system and some program details.In chapter five, the operation on the spot and data acquisition that is used to compare with simulation is discussed.In chapter six, some conclusions are given and some new views are put forwars in the future.
