Soil stabilizer is one of new building materials,which can felt face of soil grains and make chemical reaction with aluminum-silicate minerals forming gum materials.Because its stabilized object is natural soil,this method have many advantages such as using local materials,reducing sand masses,no environmental pollution and saving engineering costs,for it having important significance in technology and economy,its potential will be widely.In this paper,as low intensity and easy to crack,impermeability antifreeze poor ability are encountered with the cure soil.Try to incorporate polyester fiber in the reinforced soil to improve the tensile strength.Focusing on curing the fiber crack resistance of the soil, antifreeze reflect the performance of these indicators of the durability of curing soil.Here are some main arguments:(1) HEC curing agent,YS-curing agent,MS(Milk stablizer) emulsion polymer soil type curing agents have a better adaptability to the Loess of Yangling;MS curing the highest intensity of soil,HEC second,YS minimum;YS curing the smallest soil permeability coefficient,MS largest,HEC second;comprehensive test of strength,economic factors and sexual penetration,MBER-curing agent more appropriate curing to Yangling loess.(2) While the content of MBER soil curing agent is 12 percent,and 0.9 Kg/m~3 fiber content,the compressive strength and tensile strength of the loess of Yangling have reached the maximum,respectively,3.63 MPa,0.52MPa;MBER soil-curing agent can Effectively improve the compressive strength and tensile strength,polyester fiber for improving the soil's strength is not obvious from the role of soil mixed with curing polyester fiber to a certain extent,can improve the curing of the soil Tensile strength,reducing soil curing the cracks of soil and improve the durability of curing a certain role.(3) From the 7d's tensile strength contour map,we can see that when the curing agents in the amount of 12%to 14%,the fiber content of 0.9 Kg/m~3 to 1.1 Kg/m~3 between,the tensile strength of the soil 7d Could exceed 0.4 MPa.As the tensile strength of the soil crack resistance of curing the greatest impact,therefore,suggested the optimal amount of curing agent for 12 percent,fiber content of 0.9 Kg/m~3.(4) MBER soil-curing agent can improve freeze-thaw cycle in the soil at the rate of mass loss,when the amount of 11%to 15%,20 times its freeze-thaw cycle after the mass loss rate of less than 5%.But its rate of loss greater intensity,are more than 25 percent;ester fiber curing the incorporation of the quality of soil loss rate has little effect,but its content is 0.8 Kg/m~3,curing the strength of soil loss rate of Minimum.Loss rate is the main standard of the quality of soil antifreeze curing properties of key indicators,from very poor analysis and variance analysis shows that the amount of curing agents that affect the quality of the loss of the most important factors,fiber content are secondary factors,With the optimal amount of curing agent for 15%,fiber content to 0.6 Kg/m~3.considering the quality and intensity of the loss of loss rate,the proposed optimal curing agent content of 15 per cent,fiber content to 0.8 Kg/m~3.
