Sandblasting is better, but it easily leads to secondary corrosion,and waste water also pollute the environment, Effect of high-pressure water better than sandblasting, but wastewater pollute the environment, and equipment and technology content are higher, no current domestic production..Mechanical would result in huge rusts dust, mainly be applied to large diameter pipes and outer surface of pipes. Because of the technology and equipment conditions ,these methods are not applied to derust the small-caliber (diameter 100 mm) pipe wall, the inside wall of small diameter pipeline factory derusting has become an urgent need to resolve problems. The inner wall of small-caliber pipeline derusting has become an urgent problems need to resolve.Vibration derusting machines designed will be applied in threwing up the preset particles in the pipeline so as they gain some energy repeated shocks pipe wall to derust and clear oxidation. The impact energy of particles, can be adjusted by changing the amplitude and frequency. Each time can handle 10 pipes of length size 3000 mm diameter <100 mm. It will improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and the particles can be repeatedly used, lower derusting cost, not produce pollution, is a new type of environmental protection methods of derusting.The major works subjects completed are as follows:(1) According to the working principle and load conditions of derusting machine, analyse and design methods and the structure of the main types of components, and reasonably ascertain the overall layout of derusting machine, making overall body relatively compact.(2) According to the requirement of the design parameters to determine the main parameters of vibration system, and theoretical calculate and design the main parts.(3) Using 3D modeling software PRO/E to solid model the vibration machine, and using virtual assembly to make sure the size is reasonable to ensure that the work does not arise when parts of mutual interference, and complete the engineering design of the prototype drawings.(4) Appling ANSYS to analyse the displacement vector and stress state of the key pieces in the normal state and ensure various components can meet the requirements in the normal working condition. After calculation and analysis, confirm the whole structure rational, the use of components meet the requirements of normal well. |
