The problem of scaling on wall and strengthening of heat transfer can be solved by vapor-liquid-solid flow technique to reach the destination of reducing energy and avoiding the scaling. But now, the research of boil heat transfer strengthened by solid grain mainly goes in common heat transfer instrument and the usage of suspend liquid of solid grain in steelworks and analysis of water-cooling mechanism of solid grain in cooling fluid is seldomly referred. This thesis takes a close look on these aspects.Water-cooling experiment instrument in accordance with the equipment used in steelworks is established with the same setting parameter refering to practical conditions in steelworks. In order to detect effects of parameters as density of grains,diameter of grains and current velocity of mediator on practical work condition, water-cooling experiments by using cycling turbid water with large solid grain as cooling mediator have been proceeded. The conclusion of"the cooling mediator's cooling effect with suspension pellet is higher than clear water obviously"has been proved and ideal parameter relations about pellet density, pellet diameter and medium velocity has been tested out at the same time.By citing presumption of air bubble model, the strengthening mechanism of film boiling heat transfer with solid grain is analyzed.To provide efficient data for the optimization of water-cooling equipment, many sizes of bushing have been used in the experiment what is in order to get more ideal parameter quantity about velocity of flow and bushing size.
