The existence and development of human society are inextricably linked with the natural environment. On the one hand, with the advancement of Science and technology and improvement of productivity level, Human ability affecting the nature strengthens greatly. Besides, human makes one victory after another in the transformation activities of nature, which enormously improves Society's appearance and people's life. However, on the other hand it also brings a series of severe problems, one of the most prominent, including population explosion, resource shortages and "the ecological crisis" in environmental damage. In order to solve these severe problems, green manufacture was proposed, and by adopting this we can achieve the sustainable development of the manufacturing sector under the condition of saving resources and protecting the environment. This paper analyzes green manufacturing and its application in the enterprise, based on the work of their predecessors. The primary coverage is as follows:Green Manufacturing is to achieve the highest utilization rate of resources, to achieve no impact or minimum impact on the ecological environment and to achieve coordinated optimization of enterprise's economic efficiency and the social efficiency in the progress of product design, manufacturing, packaging, transport, use, recycling process and the end-of-life. Its goal summarizes as follows: Time t is shorter is better, quality Q is higher is better, cost C is lower is better, the resources consume R is smaller is better, environmental effect E is smaller is better too. In other words, through green manufacture people can use green resources, adopt green manufacturing process to obtain green product.Green design's basic design thought is in the design stage bringing the environmental factor and the measure of prevention pollution into the product design and taking the environmental performance as the design objective and the starting point of the product to rationalize the use of resources, produce a small amount of waste and make less pollution or no pollution to the environment. It is the design process that take the environmental protection as a core in the entire life cycle of the product, through which designers should focus on the environment attributes (use of natural resources, environmental impact and removable and reusable, etc.) and take it as the design objective, so this can meet the request of environmental goal as well as satisfy the product proper function, the service life, the efficiency and the quality and so on. Besides, green design combines the object-oriented technology, concurrent engineering, life cycle design and other design methodologies, it has contained the life cycle of products, such as the formation of concept, manufacture, use and disposal after the recovery, reuse and treatment of all stages.Green Manufacture Technology is an advanced manufacturing technology based on traditional technology, combined with environmental science, materials science, energy, science, control technology and other new technologies. Adopting which we can carry on the optimum control to the entire process of manufacturing activities, reasonably and comprehensively dispose the resources, minimize pollution, fully use the performance of the manufacturing system and utilize the advanced manufacturing technology to realize green manufacture in the end.Based on the idea of green manufacturing, the paper analyze the influence of the fabrication technology of the green manufacturing about resources consumption, including raw materials, energy, equipment, ancillary materials. Then, the theory analysis of the green manufacturing resources consumption' property was analyzed. According to it, the model of fabrication technology about green manufacturing was established. In the last, taking the cutting fabrication technology as example, the paper established the optimized model of resources consumption based on variable of the resources consumption.The tool bit is a important factor of guaranteeing quality, increasing efficiency and decreasing pollution. So, reasonably choosing tool bit is a significant method of raising the green performance of the cutting work. Based on the structure of objective system, the model of the strategic decision and the content of tool bit choosing, the paper established multi-target system of the tool bit choosing in facing green manufacturing, including time T, quality Q, costs C, resources consumption R, environment influence E. Then, the paper resolved the strategic decision vector of the objective system.
