The SWOT-Based Analysis Of T5 Electronic Ballast Development

Based on the fact of the enterprise, compare the competitor and analyze the opportunity and challenge of the enterprise caused by the change of exterior enterprise circumstances, SWOT analysis will integrate the enterprise exterior and interior circumstances, better understand the advantage and disadvantage, realize the opportunity and threat, and finally work out the best strategy to achieve the goal.According to the traditional SWOT analysis theory, this paper uses related knowledge and theory of modern industry engineering, system engineering, personnel resource, tectology, and management to urge the success of developing T5 electronic ballast. Meanwhile, the paper uses SWOT analysis to draw the conclusion on the aspect of how to decide the product line, choose the technology and construct the management group with the help of former study. The paper also analyzes the process of SWOT analysis and its advantages and disadvantages.
