There is an urgent demand for an efficient, low-cost complex product new development processes of to adapt to an increasingly competitive market. The development of integrated design and analysis technology brings about the transformation of R&D process from conventional"experience and trial-production based design"to"structure knowledge and analysis based design". For the above problem, the paper has made over integrated design Analysis System solution about Hydro-generator and studied integrated design and analysis of related technology. Specific studies and results primarily reflected in the following aspects.1. QFD-based design goal setting control and evaluation technology and DSM-based design process organization and optimization technology have been studied. A part of Hydro-generator analysis missions have been optimized .2. Analyzed product master model technology and studied object-oriented expression method and Evolution Method. Achieved evolution from spindle master model of Hydro-generator to FEM statics analytical model.3. Knowledge management technology about the development process of Hydro - generator has been studied. The knowledge dictionary has been designed, and a process-based knowledge push method has been studied.4. Based on above related theory, the paper has designed integrated design and analysis system for Hydro-generator and professional analysis modules for hydro-generator phase of the simulation analysis.
