At present, the power factor is small and the pollution of harmonization is serious in power system, which affects the quality of electric energy. This paper puts forward a design that combining active and passive reactive and harmonization compensator, which increases the power factor.This paper discusses the basic principle and the structure of the reactive and harmonization compensator. It focuses on the correlated contest of passive part. Adopts real time Fourier arithmetic to meets the require of real time compensation. Introduce the main control strategies of inputting and cutting away at present and presents an improved control strategy of inputting and cutting away based on reactive power so as to increase the precision of the control strategies. A full digital control system based on DSP is built with TMS320F2812. All the main circuits and control circuits of passive part have been designed. The program of control system has been designed based on control arithmetic. Design the communication network of the whole device based on CAN bus and the hardware and software of the keyboard and display system based on PIC16F690 controller.The main circuit emulations have been done with Matlab7.0.
