| In order to realize efficient Suction Conveying of cleaning vehicle for asphalt pavement milling-planing particles, on the basis of the usage of pavement milling machine and requirements for the particles , and the key issues of cleaning asphalt pavement milling-planing particles, I designs a special milling-planing particles cleaning vehicle with assistant engine, fan, settling chamber, suction port,brush equipments using negative pressure gas-solid two-phase flow conveying, wet dust removal separation theory and corresponding functions and structure parameters. Aiming at physical characters of the milling-planing particles, including range of particle size, density change and the dressing of the dust, I mainly studies on the structure and transportation performance of the suction conveying. After a system simulation of suction conveying of gas-solid two-phase flow with FLUENT fluid mechanics simulation software, disadvantages of the original design of suck are clear, and then I make necessary improvement to the structure of suck by simulating and correcting again and again to fluent the two-phase mixed flow and even the density. And also, considering the fact that the depth of asphalt pavement milling-planing are different, I use the vertically scalable suck structure to assure the suck opening fit to the milling-planing depth. In addition, taking account into the necessary of local cleaning of the milling-planing surface, I set walking sucks rotating at two sides and back to enhance its function and improve the clean efficiency. The results of the design calculation and simulation shows that the negative pressure suction conveying system of the cleaning vehicle can complete the pneumatic conveying of the asphalt pavement milling-planing particles efficiently , especially for those fine particles could not clean manually and would affect the construction quality seriously. |
