Abroad to develop missiles and penetrating bombs for improve weapons to destroy underground and ground-based strategic defense project performance. Steel fiber reinforced concrete material with excellent performance in anti-penetration so widely used in national defense construction. Steel fiber reinforced concrete is a new type of anti-earth materials with good prospect, so research the penetration calculation of this materials has great theoretical significance and value. In this paper, steel fiber semi-infinite target for the penetration and in the thick of the target through a separate study and exploration. Analysis the penetration of semi-infinite target through the use of cavity expansion , use unified strength theory as strength criteria. Deduction the relations of cavity expansion stress and cavity expansion rate, get the penetration calculation formula of semi-infinite steel fiber reinforced concrete target. Comparison of theoretical analysis and experimental results, two results in good agreement . The process that is divided into penetration stages and punching stage. Steel fiber reinforced concrete plate as semi-infinite target in the penetration stage, consider the impact of reinforcement rate in punching stage. Get the punching ultimate strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete plate use unified strength theory, and compared with the experimental results, the results of this comparison is good.Calculating the thickness of the cross-cutting based on the two-stage model and Compared with the experimental results, the results of this comparison is good.So the model in this paper is reasonable.
