With the rapid development of China's national economy, the construction of freeways is rising. However, the rapid development of freeways, freeway accidents caused by the casualties and property losses are much higher than ordinary roads. In traffic accidents caused casualties, a considerable portion is not timely rescue and casualty, disability. It goes without saying that after the accident to take timely and effective emergency measures, to reduce accidents caused by the (casualties and economic) losses, the second chain to prevent the accident is important. Freeway emergency relief system is the most direct purpose of the response to the fastest speed, with the shortest possible time, exclude accidents, reduce direct and indirect economic losses and casualties.
