With a large number of construction of the cable-stayed bridge all over the world and wide application of the cantilever construction method in the construction of the cable-stayed bridge, there have arisen in a number of issues, such as the more difference between the two cantilever-elevation, then the difference caused major difficulties of the closure. Therefore, the cable-stayed bridge construction control has been developed followed by them.This paper briefly introduce the development of a cable-stayed bridge, as well as the status quo of the cable-stayed bridge construction control, then detailed introduce most of the contents, theory and methods in a cable-stayed bridge construction control system. Including the idea of the cable-stayed construction control; focus on the structure analysis and simulation of the cable-stayed bridge; including the method of calculating of the reasonable bridge's state and construction phase; elaborate on some of the major factors of the cable-stayed bridge construction control; the theory and methods of the parameters'identification and analysis of the errors in the cable-stayed bridge construction control, and the contents of the cable-stayed bridge construction monitoring.Finally, on the basis of the theory above, the author established a bridge state model in according of the Construction drawing of Yumenkou Yellow River Bridge the cable-stayed bridge with two towers, calculated the power of the cable in the reasonable state of the bridge; and on the basis of the bridge calculating model established a construction stage model and run it, and the results were compared with the real bridge construction site control results, the errors of the results were at a reasonable range. And gives a site construction control achievements of a construction phase as well as the introduction to the site control points. Finally briefly summarized the conclusions of this paper and gave the prospect in the direction of cable-stayed bridge construction control work in the future. |
