Semi-rigid asphalt pavement with the construction of low cost and good quality, accounts for a large proportion of China's high-grade highways and urban roads, but also made an indelible contribution to China's road transport.However, this structure has many road diseases because of poor contact and being pone to causing reflection crack in the current traffic conditions, which seriously impacts on the use of quality and life. On this base of pertinently studied, link-layer of Stabilized asphalt gravel design is set up, which focuses on the use of nature and anti-cracking performance of the link structure, and prediction model and mixture design methods based on anti-cracking performance is raised.ABAQUS finite element method is used to establish the typical model of asphalt pavement, and calculates the mechanical response of pavement structure layers. Analysis shows that setting link-layer better reduces the possibility of causing reflection cracks of asphalt layer, and will not cause more road track diseases; reflection cracking of semi-rigid structure and rutting formation mechanism are concluded, and reasonability of setting Link structure to improve the road performance is analyzed.Composed characteristics,forming methods and road performance of Stabilized asphalt gravel link-layer is analyzed. By analyzing the Composed characteristics of rough and fine aggregates, Bailey method used for the design of graded select programme is raised. Through analysis of different method of forming affecting mixture volume indicators and compaction of the impact of link-layer mixture ,a forming methods of link-layer mixture is suggested. Basing on it, graded composition and the amount of asphalt influencing the nature of mixture is analyzed. The importance of graded composition design and determining a reasonable amount of the of asphalt is raised.Many factor such as graded composition,amount of the of asphalt,forming methods and mixture voidage influencing compressive resilient modulus of link-layer mixture. Research shows that the more factors significantly affect Compressive resilient modulus of link-layer mixture.And thus a 20℃static modulus regression model is established, which can be the reference for optimization design.On the basis of home and abroad research results, a simple wheel repeated loading tests used for indoor anti-cracking performance testing and evaluation methods of link mixture is put forward. Research shows that stabilized asphalt gravel mixture has a high anti-cracking performance, and graded composition and asphalt dosage will significantly affect their fatigue life. In order to facilitate fatigue performance evaluation of stabilized asphalt gravel mixture, fatigue life prediction model of link-layer mixture is suggested, which can evaluates its anti-cracking performance and optimize the mixture.
