"The transformation of university is a product of the times change". With the arrival of the new economic era, the rise of information industrial revolution and education reform indicate that the university will be from the verge to the centre of economic and social status, meanwhile, the large-scale campus construction also results a range of issues. For example, the original closure of the campus and the main function of the rational planning can not meet the needs of the times.
