| As a integrative energy saving technology, CCHP shows special advantages in the aspect of energy transformation, and it is an effective way for energy-saving and environment protection, meanwhile, the auto control of the heating supply network has been in a express way together with the development of the technology of computer and auto control, and our country trails in this field, and lots of issues are worthy to study. In this paper, the CCPH in Wu Han was taken as the study target, and the design principal of the main station, the network, the boost pumps station and the substations, the control strategy for winter operation was learned, the global control system and plan was optimized.For this two heating resources system, the cooperation situation and the distribution of the heating load in different periods was discussed and learned in this paper. Hydraulic calculations of the network were done, and the location of the booster pump station was optimized. The main control targets both in the main station and boost pump station, winter operation plan was worked out, and the type of the control system was chosen, the main parameters was checked and recorded. The thermal stations was classified and principal for choosing pump in each kinds of substations was set .what's more, the control plan in accidentconditions was studied meanwhile.In this paper, the technical conditions of the auto control system was given though the study to the design and operation control of the CCHP system in Wu Han. The conclusion of this paper can be taken as a reference for the economic operation of CCHP in our country. |
