In order to adapt the multi-use of the large or middle-scale naval guns that is modernized and to ensure continuative attack ability of the gun, powerful ammunition magazine of an integrated multi-kinds, compactedness, automotive ammunition storage and high effectively replenish ammunition to feed cannonball system is needed.Main constituted modules (storage element module and operation module) and interface technology is taken as important points. Besides, the four ammunition magazine plans: the dual channel ammunition magazine, the folded chaining ammunition box robot with fixed axle ammunition magazine, the lay memorton type ammunition magazine and catch plate type storage ammunition support platform ammunition magazine are all researched in this paper. The multiple criteria intelligent decision theory is found, which presented a comprehensive evaluation optimizing model made by least square method reflecting the decision-maker's subjectivity predilection, impersonated the impersonality essence, offering the science gist to demonstrate multi-system scheme; the technical requirements, conditions, objects and design criteria of the system are further proved, the comprehensive evaluation factors of the system are built, the evaluating indicators of the system are generalized and founded, so the optimum one is selected.Based on optimum project of design theory, virtual prototype of the storage ammunition system is founded. Simulation analysis and comparsion of motion behavior and force capability is carried on for ammunition magazine catenary and catch plate type storage element, the results demonstrate that catch plate type is better than catenary type with large ammunition, therefore which further prove the aptness of optimum projects, machine unified motion and theorized sequence design analysis, research on test of interface performance, argumentation reliability are carried on. Through the result of analysis, ammunition magazine system studied in the paper has good function.The result is a theoretical director to the investigation of the automation ammunition magazine of the large or middle scale naval gun.
