Articulated Tower Platform (ATP) is the important equipment in the development of oil and gas in the future, it can be applied to different production phases, such as the drilling, Single Point Mooring and Loading Terminal and so on. Due to the ATP's structural characteristics and the effect of the ocean environment, the research of ATP's dynamic response is important.In this paper, the dynamic response of ATP will be researched, According to the capacity of ATP, thinking of the effect of current and wave to the ATP, the moment position of water power can be calculated with Formula Morison. Then, the motive equation of ATP can be established by La' theory. According as the method of numerical calculation, the response of ATP can be figured out by wave power, wave, current and combination of wave and current and so on. At the same time, the effect of motive response of ATP can be discussed by current direction and other factors.The model is established by making use of limited for dynamic response, then the response situation can be discussed by wave, current, and the combination of wave and current and so on, meanwhile, compared with the result obtained by method of numerical simulator.
