Study On Stormwater Management And Utilization System In Urban Landscape Architecture

With the development of urbanization, the earth landscape has undergone tremendous changes, the natural landscape was replaced by reinforced concrete buildings. The increase in impervious area affected seriously the inherent water cycle and urban ecological environment. Stormwater problems and the shortage of water resources have become troubled and problems restricting urban development.This study analyzes some problems about Chinese landscape architecture in urban development and introduces the relation between stormwater management and utilization system and the landscape architecture. And it researches on stormwater management and utilization system in developed countries and practices of stormwater management and utilization system in domestic and foreign landscape architecture, and stormwater management and utilization system course study in domestic and foreign Landscape Architecture course system, and green building rating systems in China and the U.S which can promote stormwater management and utilization system in Urban landscape architecture. The study introduces procedure on stormwater management and utilization system in Urban landscape architecture, and researches on the key elements of procedure for site scale and region scale which contains data collection and systems analysis , and program design ,etc. The progress of realization of the procedure is explained.
