The implementation of railway speed has put forward higher requirements in the vehicle's performance (including safety, speed, braking force, etc.) has, so the repair work has become increasingly important. The current vehicle repair process found in the majority of the existing depot is based on the 1960s and 1970s vehicle maintenance requirements for distribution. Overhaul small space crowded, poor process, operating means behind the original, the poor quality of maintenance, and low labor productivity , and so on, widely spread in the existing depot ,can not adapt to the high-speed rail and heavy-duty requirements of the situation.Against this background, this paper analyses contradictions between production status and speed railway in Three Trees Depot. Based on certain factors which constraints enterprise development in the production process, using a lot of modern management theory in-depth studies reform amendment, for example process reengineering, quality management, inventory management, time production system, quality assurance system etc. And through the feasibility study, the papers put forward program in order to completely change the original operating procedures, tools and operating environment. Specific programs are as follows:1. According to the current vehicle maintenance work requirements, the paper proposes the program including the re-planning production process , re-arranged overhaul of the process .2. Analysis of the depot maintenance process, the paper puts forward a program that completely reform bus Maintenance 8 pipeline .3. In order to completely separate parts for the realization of decomposition, inspection, repair and make the process become reasonable, the paper advises the program that expands the scope of parts for repair, and practice "remote detection, repair concentrate" for maintenance of vehicle accessories.4. To eliminate potential security risks and improve road safety, the paper proposes the program that implement the management of life in the area of the main parts .5. In order to enhance the production mechanization and automation level of depot, the paper puts forward hardware a program that strengthen and increase "local control" element to minimize "control" factor.6. To create a harmonious working atmosphere, the paper proposes a program that reforms the garage environment.7. For the depot existing management system, the paper advices a perfect project that is in areas of the equipment management, quality control, incentives, commitment to quality.8. To improve depot productivity and reduce bus maintenance costs, the paper put forward the program that raises staff induction training, reduces the time to take up inventory, cuts down production lines and so on.In this paper, the research and conclusions for the improvement of the existing depot maintenance vehicle technology has a practical significance. However, because of their limited depth of the research, we will need to continue to explore. In this final chapter the paper gives the issue that remains to be made to resolve.
