Study On Elevator Traffic System's Design Of High-rise Ward Building

Facing to our country's basic situation, such as huge population, limited city ground, lack of medical establishment, there have been rising a mass of high-rise ward buildings since the new high tide epoch of hospital construction began. Elevator, as the main upright traffic conveyance, is not only the civilized social symbol of technic and substance in the modern time, but also the high-rise ward buildings'operational bases. So, the level of elevator traffic system design essentially decides the actual using effects and efficiency of a high-rise ward building. So far, because of the lack of embedded survey for elevator traffic system of high-rise ward building, directly using the overseas guidelines, which are not agree with the situation of our country, our country's high-rise ward buildings have many actual problems, such as the long time for waiting elevator, crowded elevator lobbies, foul circumstances and so on.Based on the exhaustive investigation for the high-rise ward buildings'elevator traffic system of our country, this paper objective analyzed the realistic problems. Being established in the basic situation of our country, it also combined the experiential data and account means with the exhaustive investigation data, and researched the high-ward buildings'elevator traffic system from two important sides, elevator number scheme and elevator design plan.This paper investigated 21 high-rise ward buildings of 19 hospitals all over the country, and analyzed the actual using situation, educed elevator traffic's basic characteristic and rule, definitely pointed out the design problems of our country's elevator traffic system in the high-ward building. From these bases, the paper combined the experts'research methods with study productions all over the world, and distinctly predigested the basal arithmetic of elevator's amount, received several primary guideline's basic data, compiled"elevator amounts'calculating procedure", summed up"the form applied to elevator's amount of high-rise ward building"convenient for design people. Afterward, this paper discussed the fundamental which the traffic system of elevator should followed from various aspects, such as traffic flown line, plane design, managing mode and technical means, and put forward effective design measure against the elevator lobby's human pressure aimed at exceptional situation especially in the ward building. The paper finally proved the necessary and scientificalness to design the more nurse units from the aspect of elevator's using efficiency by comparing and analyzing the elevator's collocation number between more nurse units and single nurse unit.
