Reciprocating pump is a very important form of the pump,and it play an important role in many industry realms .Crank linkage is the key components in the structure of Reciprocating pump ,when reciprocating pump is working,Crank linkage turn the rotation of the transmission mechanism into a reciprocating movement of plunger. With the development of modern industrial technology, .on one hand ,we have to improve the performance of crank linkage to satisfy the request of useage ;.on the other hand , the traditional design methohave been unable to meet business-to-market competition needs.This article topics come from the cooperation projects of the State Key Laboratory of mechanical transmission and an enterprise. Through the development of topics , developed the designing and checking program of crankshaft with two fulcrum and three kidnip was developed for enterprises , it can relax the designer from the heavy manual labor and can greatly enhance the efficiency .It also can reduce cost-saving for design to improved their market competitiveness,so it has a high practical value.what is more ,with the program technical of computer,bond graph theroy,CAD and MBS,the dynamics characteristics of system were studied. Prime study content in the paper is described as following.In this paper ,kinematics and dynamics theory are used,mechanics model are established, count formulas of inner and outside force , coming from working process, and commonly method to check the crankshaft are educed. Based on Visual Basic6.0, the designing and checking program of crankshaft with two fulcrum and three kidnip was developed for enterprises.Based on bond graph theory and matlab program, the bond graph model of crank linkage for the single horizontal reciprocating pump and the horizontal triple reciprocating pump are established, the equation of state are deduced,Matlab software are used to simulate, dynamic characteristics of the system and the infection of different parameters are showed.On the basis of 3D model and assemble model of crank linkage for horizontal triple reciprocating pump that are established with the PRO/E software, the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS are used to Simulate the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of this system, the kinematics nature of the bodies of the components are received, and the dynamic performance of the system are validated.In this paper, the research work provide the enterprise a convenient and effective tools to design and chenck the crankshaft, it can greatly improve the efficiency of the design work. The dynamic nature curves of institutions are received, the infection of changing the conversion factorλthat translate the quality of linkage to the quality of reciprocating movement are studied, the linkageforce curve with crankshaft angle change,movement laws of pistion and linkage and the force of linkage bulk and support are received,also the time of The maximum load moment.It provides an important reference to the crankshaft design.
