Study On Automatic Material Handling Mode In Workshop And Its Key Equipment For Small Batch Production

In order to satisfy customer's individual demand in the more and more varied and competitive market, the small-batch and more variety production is applied by more and more companies. In the small-batch production, material varieties are increased greatly because of the increase of products varieties, which leads the materials planning, access, storage and handling more complex, more time-consuming. However, the time is invalid and non-value-added that should be shorted or reduced. This paper focuses on the requirement, studies the automatic material handling mode and key equipments in workshop for small-batch production.Firstly, the characters of small-batch production and its material handling (including main materials, supporting materials and auxiliary materials) are analyzed, and the problems of the current materials handling are proposed. Based on these, a workshop material automatic handling mode for small-batch production based on automatic vertical rotation warehouse is put forward.Secondly, the key equipment of automatic handling—automatic vertical rotation warehouse is researched and developed, involving construction design and control system design. As to the construction design, the overall design objectives, overall design calculation and primary construction design of automatic rotation warehouse are studied, consisted Box-Bucket conjunction drive method design, warehouse body construction design, chain wheel tension agencies design, chain drive design, securities guards design, emergent agencies for power cut design and so on.In the design of control system for automatically vertical rotation warehouse, the overall control plan and its key technologies are studied, including the position choose control for shortest path, box-bucket and goods location coding, acceleration and deceleration control while the system is running, securities guard, partial set indication, temperature control and so on.At last, the equipment developed by this study is applied in the enterprise's workshop, and achieve good effects.
