Through the management of urban lighting systems analysis, we draw the following conclusions: To begin with ,city lighting is the typical city characteristics of public service which is the city government provided to the socity,and it is involved in optical, electrical, psychology, aesthetics, and other multi-disciplinary edge of a new discipline . In addition ,city lighting facilities in the city is typical public goods and an important urban infrastructure. Last but not the least, management of urban lighting is an important part of urban management, directly related to energy conservation, environmental protection, related to people's lives,which reflects a city's cultural quality and management level.This paper also manages to innovat on the basis of the status at home and abroad.
