The Research And Assessment Of Circular Economy In The Coastal CHP Plant

In recent years, the development of economy is fast. With the development of economy, electricity is not enough for life and producing. The power plants have more trouble on resources, energy and environment. In all power plants, there are a lot of CHP plants which live by consuming plenty of coal and water. And CHP plants' productions like sulfur and ash will bring much pollution to environment. Now, the resources are less and less. The environment is worse and worse. In this situation, how CHP plants live is a big problem. CHP plant must find a method which can make the plant produce as the same as before or even more with less resources and pollution. The advantages and disadavtages of CHP plant are analyzed. Circular economy and CHP plant is combined by building a model of industrial chain which uses CHP plant as the keystone. And a costal CHP plant using new circular economic technology is compared with its old technology. The conclusion goes well.The content of the paper is:First, the development of CHP plant and circular economy is analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it is important to develop circular economy in CHP plant as soon as possible. Both the development and the utilization of circular economy in and out of the country are studied. So does in the CHP plant. And several methods used in assessment are compared with each other. All above analysis and study makes up the content of the paper and the framework of the dissertation.Second, Emergy Analysis is selected as the methods to assess the technology. And because of the shortcomings of Emergy Analysis, a new method used in assessment called Single Emergy Analysis (SEA) is given and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) assessment based on Emergy Analysis is built.Finally, The paper builds a model of industrial chain based on small cycle, medium cycle and big cycle of circular economy in costal CHP plant which are built based on the theories of circular economy, sustainable development, cleaner production, system engineering and technologies used in circular economy. Then the model and SEA is used to transform Dalian BeiHai CHP plant. And to evaluate the technology before and after transforming uses DEA assessment based on Emergy Analysis.The result shows that the technology from the model used in actual manufacturing activities is better than the old technology. The DEA assessment based on Emergy Analysis is feasible. To use circular economy in CHP plant can improve economic benefit, environmental benefit and realize sustainable development.
