| According to the same requirements of some projects in industrial measuring and controlling fields in Shenzhen OE LTD., the paper brings up the research of a multifunctional industry platform. The paper describes the whole designing process from both hardware and software angle, and the main content is introdμCed in detail as follows:First of all, according to the requirements of Net-Speaker, Handle Spot-Inspection and Air-Analyser these projects, the paper brings up the research of measurement and control platform, which bases on ARM processor andμC/OS-II embedded operation system and includes LCD, toμCh screen, SD card, net module and so on.Secondly, for the designing of hardware, the paper analyses the features and selecting reasons of LPC2214 ARM and its peripheric firstly, and then designs the power module, LCD module, NET module, Real Time Clock module, CPLD module, UART module and so on in details accordingly.Thirdly, the paper analyses the effect of CPLD for the compatibility of different projects, and then designs the control scheduling for the LCD and NET in CPLD in details. After this, the commands and data could be sent to the LCD or NET from ARM correctly.Fourthly, for the designing of software, paper analyses the features and selecting reasons ofμC/OS-II and the other software systems, and then describes the transplant and drivers ofμC/OS-II,μC/GUI, ZLG/FS, ZLG/IP in details accordingly.Finally, on the final antitype, as the design of some testing applications, the paper validates each module of both hardware platform and software system one by one. The validating results show that the whole platform just works well.As the research of the multifunctional industry platform, different usual technologies are gathered together into a same platform. The platform will accelerate the studying process of different projects, so it is sure that it will have a good foreground in the market. |
