| The breakage result of the aircraft structures is a precondition for the aircraft repair technology and aircraft battle-viability design in the war,so it is very important to study the destroy capability of the aircraft structures impacting by all kinds of projectiles. This paper presents results from the simulation of high energy impact to simple aircraft structures and gets the formula of the destroy result in order to apply to engineering design and military affairs.This paper use numerical method and integrate theory analysis. The shape of the projectile include sphere,cube,hexahedron and staff. The kind of the target includes thin sheet and the complex structures. The material of the projectile is mainly 10# steel and 20# steel and the material of the target include LY12 and B95. The numerical analysis based on finite element method software LS-DYNA and calculates the courses that the projectile impacts the target in different velocities and angles, then can get the residual velocity and mass of the projectile, and summarize the commonly conclusions at last. The speed of the projectile is from the minimum speed to 2500m/s. After getting the relation between results and variable factor, we can get the formula with these factors for appointed occasion.The result of this paper indicate that the residual velocity of the projectile changes as the initial velocity and bevel of the projectile. The residual mass of the projectile is the same. The study of the paper indicate that the best method for the break research of the aircraft structure is the colligation of numerical method and experience method, and the result will be accurate in this way. |
