This thesis introduced the design on a servo control system performance analysis and on-line system model identification. With the fast development of modern science, motion control, especially, the high speed high precision servo control is widely used in many fields of high technology. In order to improve the performance of servo control system, it is necessary to acquire the accurate system model and analyze system's performance. Generally, the analysis of on-line system with the load is harder than off-line. But on-line analysis is helpful for application to set up proper parameter.First, the model of typical speed servo system is set up. The time and frequency domain index of servo control system and their influence on system testing is analyzed, and a method of frequency analysis-Fourier Transform and it's fast arithmetic-FFT are introduced. Then the theory of correlative identification and how to use it in identifying the pulse response of servo control system is introduced. Finally, a hardware platform is established for data sampling and processing. Based on Ti's CCS as development environment, C language is used to code the main program. In software the whole test system is separated into three parts, which are the time and frequency domain analysis of servo control system, the harmonic analysis of line voltage and the identification of pulse response of servo control system.In experiment, a high speed and high precision servo control system formed by Huazhong numeric control company's motor driver HSV-16D-050 and Wuhan Dengqi company's permanent magnet motor GK-7080-6AC61-FE is chosen as test object. The experiment results show that this test system can perform the desired analysis and test function.
