State Monitoring And Analysis Of Oil System For Hydro Turbine Governor

Oil system for hydro turbine governor is an essential auxiliary equipment system in the hydropower plant. The reliability of the system will influence directly on the security and stability of the hydraulic power station's operation. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze the condition of oil system for hydro turbine governor and to evaluate the performance of its facilities.The paper was mainly on the state monitoring and analysis of oil system for hydro turbine governor, according to the subproject named"State Monitoring and Analysis System of Oil System for Hydro Turbine Governor"of"Hydro Power Plant Optimal Maintenance Information System", which were cooperated with GEZHOUBA hydropower Plant of China Yangtze Power Co. Ltd. This paper elaborated and summarized the status quo of the Hydro-Unit's state monitoring and analysis system home and abroad, and then demonstrated the trends and pointed out the importance and necessity of carrying out the state monitoring and analysis of oil system for hydro turbine governor. The paper, then, based on the research of oil system for hydro turbine governor, proposed applicable monitoring content and method. Furthermore, by using the reliable monitoring method, this paper discussed the methods of the fault detection and facilities'performance evaluation of oil system for hydro turbine governor concretely, as well as calculation methods. It can serve as a theoretical reference and technical support for maintenance of the oil system equipments.Finally, a state monitoring and analysis system of oil system for hydro turbine governor has been designed and developed, combining with the real conditions of GEZHOUBA power station. Besides, the information can be demonstrated in analytical report, by Excel. The application provided necessary information with respect to unit's fault detection and facilities'performance evaluation and in turn helps operating staff for the facilities'maintenance and repair.
