It is obvious that the piping system of submarine is very important to submarine's vitality, which is much the same as humanbeings'blood vessel system. The noise problem of the piping system is becoming serious day by day, but the related research still has shortage. This topic is a part of software development concerning the piping noise analysis. This paper creates models of complicated piping system with the method of Object-oriented Programming. It analyses the intensity and modes of the piping system with the finite element method, and displays the modeling and results by the OpenGL-based image rendering technology. The research of this thesis establishes the foundation for the anti-shock strength safety evaluation of submarine piping systems, and for the optimized design and the exploiture of the noise evaluation software package.First, regard the piping as an ideal spatial continuous beam structure. Take liquid, piping course and the weight of piping into account, and regard the valve, flange, and other piping equipment as ponderable rigid body. Then nodes'internal force of each piping element can be got by analyzing the piping with the finite element method. After that, calculate bending stress, shear stress and torsional stress based on beam theory and calculate the axial stress and circumferential stress considering the piping's inner press, so we can get cold state stress by adding the both. In the end, calculate the piping's secondary heat stress. According to typical structure form of engineering piping, vertical pipe element and taper pipe element are modeled in FEA to analysis the piping strength. On the basis of the static analysis, the article adds mass matrix and damp matrix to piping and equipment unit, and establishes motion balance equation by the energy method. It calculates low-order mode of the piping system using Lanczos method, and gets the system's dynamical response at harmonic loads and impact loads by mode addition. In the end, the paper applies the Visual C++ platform to complete the development of piping system's static and dynamic mechanic analysis code on the basis of Theories analysis; And it validates the programme's validity by contrasting with the results from the prevalent finite element software... |
