The Research About Digital Wayfinding System Of Urban Public Space

2000year may,Beijing, the capital of china, hosted the "21st Century Digital City Forum", which marked the beginning of China's "Digital City" building. Digital City an important trend of the future of urban development, which also results from the information society. with the rapid development of digital technology, rapidly growing popularity of Internet technology and In the areas of the establishment of the network environment, Human life once again face with the unprecedented information and communication technologies, which has a fundamental breakthrough and change. The digital-oriented system as an important component of one of the DIGITAL city, not only as a branch of guiding system ,but also marks the City social progress and a symbol of the level of civilization .It makes new demands for the design of guiding system.This paper first defines the city public space and guidance system and advances one fact that digital guidance system has become a trend of modern city public guidance system with the development of digital technology. The third part analyzes the design principle of digital public city guidance system in the view of design and it analyzes and compares the digital guidance system and traditional one concerning some key factors such as function, application, technology support and design. In the end, the paper further researches the influence of digital guidance system between the city culture and city public space centering around human being; discusses how to design and construct a perfect, convenient and appropriate digital guidance system for the common people, namely digital guidance system for all human beings.
