| The content of the thesis is the control strategy and key technique of electronic injection controller of high.power diesel engine. Its objective is to research and develop a kind of electronic injection controller (ECU) with the characteristics of high speciality and reliability, and to complete the engine matching performance test. The R&D of the project makes us understand not only the diesel engine principle and detailed performance characteristics deeply, but also the function of electronic injection technique as well as its main influence to diesel engine performance.The thesis mainly elaborates the realization scheme of pump-pipe-nozzle electronic injection system applied on 160V280 diesel engine and introduces the main compositions of system realization in detail. At the same time, it analyzes each main affect of the system to diesel engine performance combined with the features of electronic injection technique.The localization research of ECU is conducted after the current application level of single chip microcomputer development and the working principle of diesel engine for high power locomotive are analyzed. The detailed hardware design scheme, software design scheme and lab emulation test scheme of performance prototype have also been completed.The thesis was divided into five sections. According to the order of the design, it separately introduced the inventing background of the electronic control injection system, development present situation, the source and significance of our new design. What the speed testing scheme and the solenoid driving scheme are in this new system. Specify the whole design including the ECU circuit, the CAN communication circuit, the solenoid driving circuit, the injecting order controlled circuit and the speed testing circuit are particularly explained in the thesis. It also contained and the solutions some depictions of the installing and adjusting process. In the end the conclusions and some experimental datum of this design were listed.The research conclusion and further research direction are at the end of the thesis. |
