The development tendency of the railway construction in the world today is serving high speed trains and carrying heavy load . The development tendency of the railway construction in the world today is serving high speed trains and carrying heavy load.And the coming requirements for wheel-rail adhesion from train traction are higher and higher. The wave-shaped abrasion, side grin ding and so many problems solution decides the direction of our country's railway development. In recent years, track traffic has been used in more and more cities for its advantages such as saving space, large capacity, economic and environmental.Our country have a large population density, they have busy traffic and there are lots of accidents especially in some large cities, and it brings a serious of trouble to city construction and road maintain. Metro is a more advanced carrying transport supplicant. For these advantages, in some big cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian and some other cities have built a subway or light railroad to transport large numbers of passengers. That is why the security makes it more conspicuous. But there comes a series of problems in the practical operation. There has been some emerge phenomenon of irregular abrasion in Dalian Jinma railway company. Although the solution of this problem involves many professional subjects, but this must be based on wheel-rail contact study, and the contact stress and contact position is the most important part of the research. In this paper, The model is built according to the actual geometric relation. The Hertz assumption and the elastic-half-space assumption in the classical analytical or half-analytical method are completely avoided.After the live visit and analysis, we find that the emerge phenomenon in Dalian Jinma railway company mostly happened on railway .So we found the 2D and 3D model of the wheel-rail contact. And we analyze the contact stress in different part of the wheel and rail through the final results .And finally find the right reasons.
