At present, in china, under the pressure of energy sources, pollution and traffic, we have began to pay attention to the research of urban mid-electric-car, which can connect with the system of urban bus, at the same time, at this field, the technical level and the degree of industrialization between china and foreign country, the difference is very small. So it can become market scale quickly. Nowadays, electric-transportation is in the beginning of new products at the market, the easy function, and single figure, so it need improve the design of function, and the design of high value-added products.This thesis focus on carrying out systematic research on the method principle that city mini-electric-transportation designs, has suggested that electric transportation estate is healthy , sustainable development can only be depend on design to be innovative, but this design must reflect on modern design, foothold on the market, and project the characteristic feature of transportation.Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts and technical background of target product and discusses the possibility that the application of new technologies leading to the design of innovation. Secondly, in terms of thought innovative, function innovative and form innovation, this paper takes a deeply research on people's change of thought and lifestyle.Research result is used to guide the design of various types of mini electric vehicle, which could decrease the early stage of research costs and prevent from the deviation of one-way demands, extremely enduce the develop circle of productions, raise the additional values and succession rate of productions, and reduce the costs, raise the competitiveness of the productions.
