Research And Application On The Key Technology Of Film Package Returnable System

As the time goes by,people around the world are more familiar with the motion of sustainable development and ecological economics,and begin to pay more and more attention to the returnable package.While in China ,also the principle of returnable package has been mentioned ,the enterprises seldom put it into use.For one reason,the returnable package asks for the support of smooth circulation system,it must include not only the forward logistics,but aslo the reverse logistics; for another reason,from the enterprise's point of pursuing econimical benefit,many enterprises and companies doubt about whether the returnable package will save cost compared to expendable package.The dissertation starts from one kind of transport package of film products,research on the design of returnable package and related system,meanwhile make an example to validate.Firstly,build up the mechanical model of two kinds of pallets,and research on the resonable structure of package on the basis of analysis of the packaged product and the logistics environment,make the structure design of steel pallet come to a best choice between the material usage and performance,in order to make the cost radix of the whole returanble system low enough,which means , to make the returanble package itself costs less. Secondly,anlyse the taken-back system of returnable package,which to decide the structure of reverse logistics network,to choose the address of dealing centre,the whole anylsis of network make the least cost of building and tranport;finally,from the point of economics,put the activity based-cost method into usage while accurately caculates the cost of returanble package and expendable cost,the comparsion of both supports the decision of whether invest on the taken-back package system.At the basis of above anlysis, the cost caculation modle can directly know the profits of usage of returanble package.The research result of this dissertation can be used in the same kind of enterprieses,to anylyse and evaluate whether to be introduced to the enterpreise the returnable package system.The dissertation has some real meaning in some extent.
