Proportioning weighting system has been widely used in industrial production. Accurate weighing instrument is the most important component of proportioning system. Therefor, it is great significant to study and design weighing instrument based on embedded technology. The subject studies embedded proportioning weighting recorder which can be applied to mobile proportioning vehicle. It provided an effective solution for the industrial production of refractory materials and others to achieve accurate proportioning, data recording, and management.On the basis of recorder working principle and functional requirements, this dissertation proposed a proportioning weighting recorder which uses MiniARM Control Board M2005-NU11 as the core controller and embedded operating systemμC/OS-II as software platform. The hardware design is described in detail, and the method of bottom driver software and application program implementation is presented.On the basis of ZLG/GUI software packet, this dissertation had designed a facility interactive graphical user interface (GUI). Each function of the recorder, such as set, run, data check, u-disk store, help, about, time and so on, was displayed as the way of icon menus in the LCD. It could be easily operated with the keyboard by the users.According to the features of the recorder, the data storage system was designed. In each proportioning process,proportioning time, silo number, weighting values and total value would be stored into DataFlash as required format. At the same time, the U-disk operating module was designed.It could create text file in the U-disk, and the history data of DataFlash would be written into the text file. We could open the file to observe the history data after U disk was inserted into the computer.Finally, in order to improve[0] the proportioning weighting recorder reliability, various anti-interference methods have been adopted in hardware circuit PCB design, and, software anti-interference(for example, average digital filter) has been also introduced to compensate for the lack of hardware EMC.
